These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and co-making.com.
Relationship with Infinite Dimensions
co-making is a sub-brand of Infinite Dimensions, a group dedicated to fostering creative collaboration and innovation across diverse platforms. While co-making operates as an independent brand under the Infinite Dimensions umbrella, these Terms and Conditions apply specifically to your use of co-making’s services. By accessing or using the co-making website and its services, you acknowledge that co-making is affiliated with Infinite Dimensions and agree to abide by the terms set forth herein as well as any applicable policies of Infinite Dimensions where relevant.

All works submitted to co-making.com including but not limited to submissions for competitions or publication must be submitted in accordance with co-making.com's Terms and Conditions. By submitting your work to co-making.com, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that all work presented has been legally attained with the permission of the original creator or author.
By submitting your work to co-making.com, including but not limited to submission in a competition or for publication, you give permission for your work to be published or reproduced in any manner and on any platform or location.
You grant co-making.com permission to share submitted work with third parties, including but not limited to potential employers, other blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
Users who submit work at the request of the organizers at co-making.com are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions as presented. Once a user submits their work they grant full publishing privileges to co-making.com for both electronic and print formats.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
co-making.com — the site, its content, related media, and any competitions — are delivered on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall co-making.com be liable for special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever, whether in action, negligence, or other tort arising out of or in connection with users’ use of the service or the content made available on the website.
co-making.com cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the site will be free of viruses or destructive features and will not be liable for any damages arising out of the same.
co-making.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the site, competitions, or content of the site including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

co-making.com does not undertake any liability and has no means to ensure that the works submitted by any participant originally belong to him/her or that they have any legal right to submit the same.
Participants agree to release, indemnify, and defend any party from liability, claims for damages, and/or lawsuits arising from their submission, including any revision or alteration thereof.
- Under no circumstances shall the Participant be entitled to any award for any loss or any damages, which include attorneys’ fees.
- Any dispute, claim, and legal action arising from or connected with this Competition, or any prizes awarded or potentially awarded therein, shall be resolved without resort to any form of class action.
- Should a participant choose to bring a claim against Architerrax or its affiliates or agents the participant shall pay Architerrax's or any party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs arising from the claim should it fail.
- Nothing herein will constitute a waiver of the participants’ legal rights or any rights any party may have to take action against the participant.
- Architerrax shall not be liable for any lawsuit or claim against any of its judges or selector panel emanating from their professional conduct or otherwise.
- Unless clearly stated, all Competitions are design concept only and do not imply any intention for the proposals to be constructed or built.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify co-making.com and its members and officers from and against all legal claims including but not limited to liabilities, damages, losses, or any costs and expenses and any legal fees that arise out of the use of this website or from participation in a competition.
Amendments
co-making.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All users of the website and the content related to the website owned by co-making.com should not replicate, rework, repeat, regenerate, circulate, or use any of the content available on the website and other media pages. The logo, content, and other visual media are created by co-making.com and are protected by Copyright Laws.
All registered trademarks, symbols, or words are owned and protected by their respective trademark owners.
Data Protection
co-making.com will hold and use your personal data strictly in accordance with applicable Indian data protection legislation.
Rights Reserved
By registering with co-making.com, users agree that ownership of copyright of submissions, content, or works produced for competitions and other events, publications, or activities lies with the authorized owners of those works and that users will adhere to the law before submitting the same. co-making.com will not be liable for damages arising out of unlawful submissions and participants who make unlawful submissions (including but not limited to plagiarized content) will be liable to indemnify co-making.com for any legal costs arising from such events.
Governing Law
The Agreement and any dispute arising from the same will be governed by applicable data protection law where the Services are provided.
Privacy Policy
co-making.com is committed to protecting the privacy of all its users. All information collected on our site is only used to process and administer your competition submission (in accordance with competition terms & conditions) and to provide users with a more personalized experience on the site.
Collected Data
All information that co-making.com collects, whether through registration, submissions, online data files, web cookies, or other means, will not be used in a way that disturbs user privacy. Personal and team information is used for competition administration purposes. All data submitted by users on co-making.com may be published, edited, and used as co-making.com sees fit. Personal/Team information collected upon registration may include the user's name, email address, school/firm, telephone number, and postal address (where necessary). Personal/Team information may be used to inform users of future competitions and activities.
Security Policy
co-making.com is dedicated to user safety and security on our site. All payments are accepted through a secure site. However, co-making.com does not undertake to cover any liability arising out of the use of the secured payment gateway.
Modes of Payment
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We / Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Registration and No Return / Refund Policy
There is a registration fee for workshops on the website and all costs and disbursements incurred by participants in preparing a submission or entry are the sole responsibility of the participant. All registration or submission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once an entry is made.
Organization and Administration
Architecture and Design workshops on https://co-making.com are organized and administered by co-making.com.
co-making.com reserves the right to assign any judges, agents, or other authorized administrators to administer its competitions, including making any decision or exercise such discretion as needed.
